Interpersonal Communication - Outstanding Dissertation & Thesis Awards

ICA's Interpersonal Communication Division is seeking nominations for two awards: the Outstanding Thesis Award and the Outstanding Dissertation Award. To be eligible, the nominee must be a member of the ICA Interpersonal Communication division who successfully defended a thesis or dissertation between January 1 and December 31 of the year prior to conference. Nominations should be made by the director of the dissertation/thesis in a letter specifying why the document merits the award. A 25-page-maximum manuscript (excluding cover page, abstract, tables and references) that summarized the thesis/dissertation, and complete contact information for both the nominee and nominator are also required.

The deadline for nominations and supporting materials is **15 March **. The division reserves the right to make no award in any given year. The director of the dissertation/thesis is asked to attach the nominating letter and the supporting materials (including the manuscript) to the Interpersonal Division Chair.
