Conference Rates for Seattle 2014

Early registration will begin on Wednesday, 15 January 2013 and will close at 11:00pm EST on 4 May 2014. Early registration for preconferences will also be offered this year when registration opens. After 4 May 2014, conference rates will switch to on-site pricing.

To cancel your registration or to ask a question about registration, email membership@icahdq.org. No refunds will be granted after 4 May 2014.

Conference Registration for Members

ICA conference pricing, like membership dues, is assessed according to a tier system. Residents in B-tier countries pay 75% of the A-tier price and residents of C-tier countries pay 50% of the A-tier price. Click here to determine your country tier.

Become a Member & Register for Conference

If you are not currently a member, ICA recommends joining before registering for conference in order to take advantage of reduced member prices. The cost of membership plus the discounted member conference rate is less expensive than the nonmember rate.

Preconference prices vary by program. Preconference registration does not include admission to the annual conference or a conference program.
