V-th ISC “E-Governance” is organized by the Technical U – Sofia and will take place in town of Sozopol on the Black Sea Coast, Bulgaria from 01st of June to 03rd of June 2013.

Please be informed that the deadline for submission of application forms has been extended until 25 March 2013. Therefore, the deadline for notification of accepted application forms will be extended until 31 March 2013.

It is our pleasure to inform you that keynote speakers will be Prof. Dr. Ezendu Ariwa (UK), Prof. Dr. Ivan Kralov (Bulgaria), Prof. Dr.Sc. Roumiana Tsankova (Bulgaria), Assoc. Prof. Ph.D. Eng. Pancho Tomov (Bulgaria), Prof. Dr. Eng. Dimcho Tchakarsky (Bulgaria) and Prof. Eng. Ivo Malakov (Bulgaria).

The plenary session of the V-th International Scientific Conference “E-Governance” will take place jointly with the official opening of “Science Days – 2013” of Technical U of Sofia on 1 June 2013 in TU Rest home in Sozopol, Bulgaria. Traditionally it is organized both on-site and distance participation.

The sectional sessions involve paper’s presentations, discussions and show forums which can be presented on-site or online. The International Scientific Conference “E-Governance” stimulates collaboration, discussions, sharing ideas and exchange of experience among academics, researchers and practitioners of all countries. Plenary papers should be presented but are not limited to the following conference topics:

  • Challenges of e-Democracy;
  • Contemporary aspects and trends of e-Governance;
  • E-Governance Education;
  • E-Governance in Public and Business administration (PA and BA).

    • We are expecting innovative show presentations derived from real practice such as open government, virtual administration, paperless management, green administration etc.

    The presented papers at the Conference on-site or distance will be published in Proceeding of the conference in the printed and online version. Moreover, they will be transmitted to issue with citation indexing for evaluation and future publication also.

    The distance connection will be organized using video conferencing.
    Participants will be able to take part via Internet using laptop equipped with WEB camera and microphone.
