Associations are invited to become an ICA Association member. Member Associations are listed on our web site as ICA supporters. One contact person--typically the President--receives one set of journals on behalf of the association. That person also receives the Membership ID# and password for access to the web site journals. All previously published ICA journals are archived online. Dues for this membership are $225.00 USD. Applications for ICA membership should include the list of the Board of Directors, a copy of the association's bylaws, the association's statement of purpose and a list of its current members. The application is located at http://www.icahdq.org/membership/Membership_Application_Association.pdf.

Member associations are also invited to host one panel session during the annual ICA conference. Submission guidelines are posted on the ICA web site at http://www.icahdq.org/conferences/index.asp in the Call for Papers each year. Panel submissions are accepted from 15 September to 1 November of each year.

Individual members of the member association qualify for a discounted rate--equal to the ICA member rate--for the ICA annual conference. Each associate is given their own unique ID # and password which can be used to log in to the conference registration site. Individual members of the member association are not automatically entered into the ICA database. The association contact person may add anyone wishing to attend the conference to their membership roster by sending the individual's name and email address to membership@icahdq.org.

Please note! 
ICA's membership year is 1 October through 30 September. Membership includes immediate, full-text, online access to all previously published ICA journals. For this reason, membership dues are not pro-rated based on date joined.
