Conference Rates for San Diego, USA 2017

Early registration begins on 17 January 2017 and will close at 23:00 GMT on 28 April 2017. Early registration for preconferences will also be offered this year when registration opens. After 28 April 2017, you will be able to register for conference on-site.

Cancellations & Refunds: ICA will process refunds for conference registration on or before 28 April2017. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. No refunds will be made after 28 April 2017. All transactions made after 28 April 2017 or no-shows to the Annual conference will be ineligible for a refund.

Conference Registration Cancellation Fees: 

  • Transactions on or before 28 April, 2017  (all tiers) - Flat Fee: $50*
  • Transactions on or after 29 April, 2017 (all tiers) - No refunds will be issued*

*Medical Conditions & Emergencies: Cancellations for medical reasons will be considered, and may be eligible for a full refund, at the discretion of ICA.  Written verification from a doctor will be required to be eligible for a refund.

Conference Registration Pricing

ICA conference pricing, like membership dues, is assessed according to a tier system. Residents in B-tier countries pay 75% of the A-tier price and residents of C-tier countries pay 50% of the A-tier price. Click here to determine your country tier.

If you are not currently a member, ICA recommends joining before registering for conference in order to take advantage of reduced member prices. The cost of membership plus the discounted member conference rate is less expensive than the nonmember rate.
