Call for Reviewers

Critical Studies in Television’ journal

Expressions of interest are sought from those wishing to undertake book reviews for the respected international journal Critical Studies in Television.

CST is the leading peer-reviewed international journal dedicated specifically to television studies. It is responsible for the well-regarded website ‘CSTonline’, and in 2013 the journal will be expanding from 2 to 3 issues per year. CST offers a broad-ranging, engaged and critical perspective on all aspects of scholarly television studies. Its book reviews play a crucial part in upholding this perspective and offering up-to-date coverage of, and reflection upon, the dynamic field of television studies.

CST is currently seeking to expand its list of potential book reviewers, and we are interested in applications from scholars working in any area of television studies. We are particularly keen to hear from academics who specialise in one of the following expanding areas: global television and national televisions beyond UK/US; digital technology and new media; production and broadcasting history and policy; television comedy.
