The deadline for submitting full papers is September 10, 2009. Papers submitted in English must use APA style.

Please note that all papers presented at the convention will be published in the Conference Proceedings that will be available at the time of the conference.
This conference offers an exciting venue for discussions across world reasons about emerging communication trends and their impact on society.
