ICA Book Award Nomination Period: 1 September - 15 December
During this period, ICA will be accepting nominations for the two book awards: Outstanding Book Award and Fellows Book Award. More info...

Paper Submission Opens: 4 September - 1 November
The ICA paper submission website opens at 16:00 UTC (12:00 PM EST ICA HQ). Blue Sky Workshops are also accepted during this period. More info...

Paper Submission Closes: 1 November
The ICA paper submission website closes at 16:00 UTC (12:00 PM EST ICA HQ). Blue Sky Workshops are also no longer accepted after this time.

ICA-wide Award Nomination Period: 1 November - 31 January
ICA will accept nominations for ICA-wide awards during this time. More info...


DECEMBER 2018

ICA Book Award Nomination Deadline: 15 December
The book award nomination website will close at 16:00 UTC (12:00 PM EST ICA HQ).


JANUARY 2019

Paper Submission Results Notification: 16 January
Submission results are sent out via email around 16:00 UTC (12:00 PM EST ICA HQ), and can be found within the paper submission website.

ICA Travel Grant Application Period: 16 January - 1 March
ICA will accept travel grant applications during this time period.

Conference Registration Period: 16 January - 30 April
Register for the 69th Annual Conference during this time period to get the early registration price. More information coming soon.


MARCH 2019

Conference Program Release: 1 March
The conference program is released and made available online.

Travel Grant Deadline: 1 March
ICA conference travel grant application website closes at 16:00 UTC (12:00 PM EST ICA HQ).

Program Edits: 1 - 15 March
Edits to the printed program will be accepted during this time.

Hotel Reservation: 4 March
The conference hotel reservation link will be available.


APRIL 2019

Travel grant results: 1 April
Travel grant applicants will be notified if they have received funding.

Paper Revisions: 1 - 30 April
Individual paper submitters can upload new PDF revisions.

ICA Awards (including Book Awards) Notifications Sent Out: 6 April
Nominators for the ICA-wide and Book Awards will be notified of results.


MAY 2019

Conference Registration Closes: 3 May
The online registration for conference closes until on-site registration.

69th Annual ICA Conference: 24- 28 May
The 2019 ICA Conference will be held at the Washington Hilton Hotel.
