Conference Event Room Requests

If you are an affiliate association or university, wishing to host an event during the 69th Annual ICA Conference for either a breakfast meeting, lunch meeting, or reception, please fill out the following form. Rooms are limited and will be based on first come, first serve. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please keep in mind that the conference dates are off by a day later than the usual conference schedule. (Normal Schedule Thursday - Monday, DC 2019 Schedule Friday - Tuesday).
