Conference Event Room Requests

If you are an affiliate association or university, wishing to host an event during the 70th Annual ICA Conference for either a breakfast meeting, lunch meeting, reception, or you just need a meeting room please fill out the following form. Rooms are limited and will be based on first come, first serve. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. This year’s meeting will run Thursday (preconferences, opening plenary and reception) until Monday.


Monday, 9 March 2020 - The 70th Annual ICA Conference is now a virtual conference. There will no longer be any event room requests for this conference.
