ONLINE (for Regular, Student, Sustaining, Life (onetime payment),  Family Members or Institutional Members ): 

  • Already have an ICA account:   Sign in first, then follow the prompts to "securely renew your membership" - If you wish to change your individual membership type, please contact membership to adjust your account. 

*For all other Membership Types (Life (installment payments), Employment Exception, Emeritus, Other Group Memberships, etc.) - Please contact Membership at membership@icahdq.org


By Mail or Fax (All Membership Types):  Print and complete document and fax or mail it to ICA using the address on the application form.  Note: Mailed or faxed applications may take up to four weeks to process.

You will receive a confirmation email once your application and payment have been processed.  *If you wish to change your membership type, you can do sign during renewal or contact  membership@icahdq.org for assistance.

All membership types are required to select a minimum of one (1) division or interest group, each range from $3-$6.  Dues pricing includes $3 towards the first division or interest group of your choosing.

  • Online payments: may be made via credit card
  • By mail:

  • Bank Wire: ICA accepts payments via bank wire, however an additional US$25 fee applies. Please contact membership for more detail about making a payment via bank wire.

Processing Time: 

  • Online payments process instantly, upon approval your membership will be active.  Please note, there is a slight delay (generally not more than a few business days) in adjustments to division and interest groups as the membership department must make those changes manually for each member.  
  • Payments by Mail or Wire: Payments sent by mail or wire transfer can generally take up to four weeks to process.

Membership Cancellations & Refunds:  Refunds for a cancelled membership will be considered and issued at the discretion of ICA.  To request a refund, please contact membership@icahdq.org with a brief explanation of the purpose of the cancellation. The following fees will apply in most circumstances:

  • Tier A Membership Cancellation: USD $50
  • Tier B Membership Cancellation:  USD $25
  • Tier C Membership Cancellation: No Charge, USD $0
